If you’re looking to get into the best shape of your life this is the place. At Calvert CrossFit, we are committed to helping you become stronger, faster, and the best Athlete Possible. Our athletes (and non-athletes) come in all different ages, sizes, shapes, and backgrounds. No one is too old, too young, too fit, or unfit to train at Calvert CrossFit. When you’re ready to take the first step towards a stronger, faster, fitter you, contact us to set up a free Introductory Session. You’ll be glad you did!
Our mission is to help direct our clients, whether they are college bound athletes, working professionals or fathers or mothers to change the way they think about themselves and the way they exercise. We are here to help them feel better and look better through better training and education. We recognize that a person’s self-image is important. If we like ourselves, including the way we look and feel, we tend to be much happier and therefore more productive at work and at home. Our goal is to train the total person not just the body. We remove the negative so that all that remains is the positive. We strive to make the workout experience interesting, challenging and productive no matter what initial level of fitness the client is at when he or she begins our training regimen.
