Calvert CrossFit North is NOW OPEN! The facility is located in Dunkirk behind Wal-Mart (on the back side of Poston’s Fitness for Life and Dunkirk Hardware). Be sure to drive around to the back side of the building and look for Suite 10!
We have a limited number of OPENING SPECIAL memberships remaining! Foundations classes will be offered Monday through Saturday and we can work with you to schedule a convenient time for both coach and athlete. Our mission is to help direct our clients, whether they are college bound athletes, working professionals or fathers or mothers to change the way they think about themselves and the way they exercise. We are here to help them feel better and look better through better training and education. We recognize that a person’s self-image is important. If we like ourselves, including the way we look and feel, we tend to be much happier and therefore more productive at work and at home. Our goal is to train the total person not just the body. We remove the negative so that all that remains is the positive. We strive to make the workout experience interesting, challenging and productive no matter what initial level of fitness the client is at when he or she begins our training regimen.
